Uncle Trevor (Reg) Abrahams - Magic Lands Creations Founder and Director

Elder Trevor (Reg) Abrahams (born 1962) is a proud Gunditjmara man with direct bloodline connections to Chief Mannalargenna of Tasmania, Bunurong, Yorta Yorta and Waddawurrung regions. He has over 40 years of culture service for the Wathaurong Co-Op, Geelong, where he is currently employed as Senior Cultural Advisor and Protected Areas Manager at Wurdi Youang.  Reg provides Community Representation by consultation and runs Cultural Awareness Training Programs and Cultural Land Management Activities. Reg has a wealth of experience in Indigenous affairs - at local, Federal and State levels, he is part of Treaty, which include: Indigenous Protection Areas Program Coordinator; South West & Wimmera Cultural Heritage Program; Department of Justice; Vic Roads; the Brooklyn to Lara Pipeline, Geelong Bypass projects; Corangamite Catchment Management Authority; Department of Conservation and Environment, and Parks Vic. Reg has also been involved in media and film productions representing Indigenous culture in BBC and National Geographic documentaries, BBC radio, SBS and ABC  productions, and independent film productions. James Vegter - Magic Lands Creations Managing Director and Founder

James Vegter is a versatile storyteller, entrepreneur, and AI consultant with a diverse skill set spanning acting, directing, screenwriting, producing, team and business management, IT and AI media solutions, cinematography, photography, and music composition/production. His work has been featured on Amazon Prime, Paramount, Netflix, Foxtel, Channel 10, SBS, ABC, and NBC, making him a multifaceted creative professional.

In 2025, James is working on various film and book projects through RooH Productions and Magic Lands Creations, actively working across Australia and India. His daily responsibilities include writing, producing, directing, and AI media consulting, bridging the gap between storytelling and cutting-edge technology. Recognised internationally for his visionary creativity and business acumen, James has collaborated with artists, entrepreneurs, and organisations across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, China, the United States, South America, India, Britain, and Europe.

James holds a commerce degree in marketing and business music industry and has specialised training in AI media and advertising copyright. A pivotal moment in his career was his acting role in the 2008 film Lovers—a project connected to the team behind Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon—which marked the beginning of his success in film, advertising, digital content, and AI media consulting. With over 20 years of experience in entertainment, media, IT, and music, James is dedicated to crafting compelling narratives that challenge societal norms and inspire change.

Beyond his creative pursuits, James is a passionate advocate for Indigenous rights, historical preservation, children's education, and mental health awareness. As the author of two books and with four more in development, he continues to expand his storytelling across multiple mediums, leaving a lasting impact on audiences worldwide.
